Training and Research
We design training programs and thematic talks tailored to the organization’s needs and priorities, in areas such as women’s empowerment, LGBTIQ+ rights, inclusion of people with disabilities, combating racism and other forms of discrimination, and inclusive customer service. Our content is grounded in research, global standards and best practices, as well as national and international regulations. We make training an enjoyable and interactive experience—avoiding lectures and boredom—to raise awareness among employees and help build more inclusive societies.
In addition, we design and carry out research and thematic reports, as well as stakeholder and audience mappings related to human rights and sustainability.

Founding Partners
Enrique Sánchez Carballo
(Él, He, Him)
Founding Partner, Consultant, and Manager at INCLUSIVE. He has over 20 years of experience in strategic communication and human rights. He has worked across the public and private sectors, as well as with non-governmental organizations, in areas such as communication, advocacy, and policy design. He served as a Member of Parliament (2018–2022) and chaired the Legislative Committee on Human Rights. During his tenure, he successfully promoted numerous laws aimed at protecting and advancing the rights of all people.
Óscar Jiménez Alvarado
(Él, He, Him)
Founding partner and consultant at INCLUSIVE, with 15 years of experience in strategic communications, human rights, and research across the public and private sectors. He has advised political leaders in Costa Rica and worked as a consultant for organizations such as Grupo ICE, the IDB, UNESCO, CEJIL, Freedom House, and Race and Equality. He is a researcher and lecturer at the University of Costa Rica, and has been a fellow of the Open Internet for Democracy Leaders Program and the Special Competitive Studies Project—recognitions awarded to professionals with a strong track record in communication and public policy.
